THE DISTURBING APPROACH of current governances globally suggests much of the same old things about transportation. Scenarios offered are stuck in old thinking that provides insufficient evidence and lack of imagination that harbors in the vests of Corporate, Academic, and Polittbureau (C.A.P.) economic opinions protecting their tacit self-interests.

THE STORY FOR FUTURE MOBILITY must consider both people and goods expectancies in future urban development scenarios. Ignoring these two essential features places governances at risk of being useless in the overall approach to resolving transportation movement flows.

A FUTURE SCENARIO OF MOBILITY that will benefit people living in cities must take into account the following principles in transportation technologies.

Citizen/leadership entails shifting “Democratic” decision-makers into four entities called “Genius Clusters.” Elected members earn a seat for their intellectual/skills at the respective roundtables. They each are titled as Ministers in thirteen specific categories of individual characteristics.

This citizen/leadership must make a single choice of a future transportation technology vision to start a global shift. The existing thread of destructive fossil fueled transportation systems must be set aside. A new dot connected “Smart City State” settlement pattern will inevitably link together future transportation global networks. Done correctly the mobility system will become environmentally benign. The feasibility of cost to benefit for individual travel will weigh in at a minimal cost per mile traveled.

Manufacturing in the new transportation industry formation needs to transition into complying with a variety of mixed-use lightweight vehicles and minimal supportive infrastructure to supply the product parts and pieces as required universally in implementing such a new worldwide system.

The time has come for new human intelligence and skills to be educated about transferring the knowledge and vision already on hand from extensive engineering in outer space to bring these intellectual assets for use on Earth.

Using the infrastructure as energy gatherers with habitation structures and electric battery storage is possible today. The second factor is to allow for flexible REGULATIONS to advance mobility services and technologies. Begin locally to then penetrate from villages to towns and cities thus offering linkages that are critical to reaching regional and national portals.

SHARED MOBILITY in common, means combining separated trends of status quo thinking. Private ownership means a purchase, lease or rent of autonomous electric vehicles (AVs) to be used in transition for existing circumstances against air resistance on existing road networks from point-to-point. Public transit merges into this shared cellular mobility system seamlessly.

TRANSITION mobility in both personal and package systems must employ access for embarkation and disembarkation to a new transportation network of future infrastructure. The existing roadway networks, therefore, are helped with a change in new lightweight vehicle axle weights enabling longer life use and less maintenance for roadway operations of existing traffic flows. Pledging loyalty to the Creator of Earth means properly stewarding actions and responsibilities for a new path to cleanse the human induced destructive conditions perpetrated each day by citizens. A partnership that recognizes urban design and citizen/leadership duality for future cities cannot be ignored. A net zero “Smart City State” is attainable.

THE SCENARIO for new cities accomplishment faces,

second  — High Income, Low-density Cities,
third — Dense, Developed Cities and
fourth —Permanent immigrant migration settlement encampments that turn into undesirable permanent settlements.
Finally an attempt to start the rightful arising of new established “Eco-City States” must begin Distributed to avert the aggrieved normality existing in the existing pattern expansion of four scenarios demands tough urban renewal actions that promise unprecedented and difficult physical implementation.

THE APPROACH must thoroughly weed out the existing abnormality and conventionality of future urban design thinking. Absorbing technologies to evaluate the worth of acceptance for integration into cities that shape mobility is a priority. Serving urban footprint to balance the benefits of fit into a known environmental ecology improves the lives of citizens.
